What payment methods do you accept for school orders?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and official school purchase orders (POs). For POs, please ensure they are signed and include a valid billing address.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing for educational institutions?
Yes, tax-exempt status can be applied to your account. Please submit your valid tax-exempt certificate to our customer service team before placing your order.
What is your return policy for classroom kits?
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Can I get replacement parts for broken or missing kit components?
Absolutely. We offer various replacement packs for our most popular kits. If a component is missing upon delivery, contact us within 10 days for a free replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Pitsco Education ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
